I sort of feel sorry for the artist who created the surfer statue for Cardiff. He's gotten a lot of flack for creating a surfer statue that is more Hillcrest than Cardiff. To his defense, he claims that the original statue was a female and that Cardiff told him to change the sex, so maybe the transgender thing makes a bit more sense.
Anyway, every now and then the Cardiff Kook comes out of his closet with some fabulous outfits, like this one. Wait... what's that noise? Duh duh....duh duh duh duh....
AAAAAAAUUUGGHHHH, SHARK ATTACK!!!! CARDIFF KOOK GETS EATEN BY GREAT WHITE!
